Plan around your customers and staff

Rambo’s original estimate included full-height steel stud walls, door-opening backing, wall insulation and Level 4 drywall finishing. For your project, ask which walls, doors, ceiling work, finishes and services are included in the price. Clarify allowances and exclusions before comparing quotes.
Coordinate your opening plans
Give your contractor the site address and preferred opening date. Discuss landlord requirements, access hours and whether parts of the premises must remain usable during work. Ask who will handle permits, inspections and coordination with the other trades.
